Earlier in history, ghost sightings were reported to be seen at night in complete darkness. To this day they are described as translucent or “see through”. Now days, sightings are also reported during the daylight hours with people even reporting them seen walking through walls and furniture.

In most reported cases, ghosts are not dangerous. Some say that they have been touched by ghosts and the feeling is generally described as “chilly”.

With sightings and strange things happening all over the world, there has been an outcry for people willing and able to rid their lives of ghosts. Ghost hunters have started popping up, rendering their assistance. The use technology to study these paranormal experiences, believing that spirits can make themselves known to those of us still living. And these spirits can do that in a variety of ways.

While many people have reported seeing ghosts, it is actually still very rare. Ghost hunters take these claims very seriously however and are more than willing to help investigate. Some will use digital recording devices and/or infrared cameras to capture unique images and movement on film.

Most importantly, ghost hunters will tell their clients that they should not be afraid. Ghosts are not seeking to hurt anyone.

Whether you believe or not, there are many believers for good reason. And the art of ghost hunting has become a more popular career as the paranormal seek out to visit us still living.
